A woman's guide to understanding and managing pain.  In this course, you will learn how women experience pain differently from men.  You will discover how your hormones, nervous system, breathing patterns, and other factors affect the way a woman's body perceives and responds to pain.  You will also explore some strategies to cope with pain and improve your well-being.  This course is designed to be informative, engaging, and empowering for all women who want to understand their pain better.

This course is designed to help women understand how stress affects them differently than men.  It explains how women's brains are wired to react to physical danger and life-threatening situations, and how this can impact their perception of reality and stress responses.  The course also provides insights into how women can use their unique talents to approach stress healthily.

Learn about growing your own herbs and how to harvest, store, and use.

Materials fee: $5 payable to the instructor at time of class.

Will cover pots, soil, seeds.

Herb plants will be available for purchase if you are interested.

Fundamentals of beginner photography.  Come learn the basics of digital cameras from an experienced photographer.

 Two people must register for this class.

Come join our Toddler Time, a time for caregivers and their tots aged 18 months to 4 years!  Led by a certified teacher/mom.  This group is a casual time for toddlers to socialize with other toddlers and for caregivers to socialize with other caregivers.  Our classroom is filled with developmentally appropriate toys and hands-on activities.  We will meet every Friday morning from 9:00 am - 1100 am.  Caregivers must attend with their tot.
