GET HOME SAFE- ADDRESSING POTENTIAL BIKE PROBLEMS, SESSION 3

What happens if you get a flat? How do you take off your wheel? What if your chain falls off when you’re out on a ride? What should you do if your brakes are rubbing? Don’t be caught walking your bike home! The Local Gear is offering a class to teach you the skills needed to get home safely from common mishaps on a ride and how to address problems with your bike before they happen. PERSONALIZED MEDICARE GUIDANCE

In-person appointments for one-on-one counseling are now available at the Cornish Town Hall with certified counselors who provide free, expert advice on selecting the right plans, understanding benefits, and maximizing your coverage. Clients receive unbiased assistance with enrolling in Medicare, comparing plan options, and resolving issues related to claims and coverage. Sacopee Valley Grateful Undead is again hosting a walking program for us older folks. It is a time for local people to get together to make our lives more fun. GRIEVANCE SUPPORT GROUP

The Grievance Support Group meets at the Riverside Methodist Church the third Thursday of each month and is open to anyone who has experienced a loss. Connect with others, learn ways to cope, and receive support with the grieving process. FMI: Call 625-8712 or 625-8269.
