Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime.  Join us for a fun, no pressure knitting experience! This 7-week knitting class is great for not only beginners, but for anyone who may be a little rusty. You'll learn how to cast on, master the basic and purl stitches, learn some tips and tricks on repairing mistakes, and learn how to read a pattern! Vicky is a passionate knitter and always makes classes fun for her students.

Explore the fun and versatile world of Wire Wrapping Jewelry. As one of the oldest forms of jewelry-making, there are many different techniques to learn and create beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. Beth brings her years of experience and creativity to show you the different techniques to learn and/or expand your knowledge. Each week there will be a different project, and you can sign up for single classes or save and sign up for the full 4 weeks. No matter your skill level, all are welcome. Feel free to bring your own stone and if you have a pair of round nose jewelry pliers, please bring them to class. Let’s get wrapping!

What is cyber insurance?  In today’s world, more and more businesses are internet and social media driven.  In this seminar, we will look at how cyber insurance can protect your business from cyber-attacks, data breaches, cyber-crime, system outages, and employee mistakes.  We will also look at how different businesses need different types of cyber insurance coverage.

Finish those UFOs (aka unfinished objects) or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home with over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied.

Have you ever thought of getting into martial arts but you're not sure where to start? Are you looking to build the skills and confidence necessary to defend yourself? Whether you are looking for an activity to get into shape and be active or whether you're just looking to do something for fun, NACE has a class for you! We are thrilled to be working with local martial arts studio, Ragnarok Martial Arts, to bring our community members a place to learn something new. In this six-week class, you will follow the structure of the studio's curriculum and belt system. For repeat students, each session will work through the different belt levels (starting from white and working to black) upon completion of each level. 

All experience levels are welcome. Instructor Emma has been training in martial arts since the age of 4, and currently teaches with 3 other schools along with running Ragnarok Martial Arts located here in North Berwick. 

Comfortable gym clothes are required. If you would like to purchase a Gi, belt and patch, for $50, please speak to the instructor before or after class.
