Join us to learn sign language basics in this 4-week course meeting twice a week! It is designed to provide immediate access to functional sign language with skills targeting conversational exchanges. Vocabulary will be tailored to the specific needs of the students and their target occupation. No prior knowledge of sign language is necessary.

Morning Vinyasa Yoga – All Levels

Vinyasa connects breath with movement, and this class will guide you gently through sun salutations, some standing and seated postures, and end with quieting and meditative postures. Suitable for all skill levels these classes will help improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Specific alignment cues are given throughout to keep you safe. Each class is uniquely woven together so each time you step on the mat you’ll experience a new journey! You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and strengthened. Drop in fee $12
