Leavitt Baseball Spring Training Ages 12-14
with Chris Cifelli, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
Get ready for the upcoming season by joining the Leavitt Baseball team and getting a jump start on your game!
Training will be held on Wednesday evenings and will include two sessions that run for 45 minutes per age group. Players need to bring their own bat & helmet.

This course will help you to become more aware of your energy and stress levels, You will also develop tools to help better manage your stress overall.

Spring Running Club
with Paige Knowlton, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
This is an active club for students in grades 4-6. We will be working on building stamina and endurance. Our end goal will be a family 5k at the end of the season. We will always start with a warm up and end with some fun, active games and a cool down/stretch.
Spring Running Club will be held outside at TES and around the campus' of TES, TMS and LAHS.

Medicare Made Clear APRIL 4

You have important decisions to make when you become eligible for Medicare. Our goal is to help you understand your options and make you feel confident about choosing coverage based on your needs.
We are offering in person classes of Medicare Made Clear to help you navigate the Medicare maze with confidence. All attendees will receive a free Medicare Made Clear guide.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED APRIL 8

This course is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. A video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency services arrive.
This course uses AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the learning of skills. Students receive a course completion card, valid for two years! Pick the date that works for you when you register.

Digital Camera Special Effects

Learn how to star the sun, add depth to your landscape images, discover the various use of filters and so much more!
You will also learn how to control motion with the shutter speed and how to use a zoom lens to create the zoom technique!
Bring your camera and lenses to this awesome online class and learn how to create great effects with the equipment you already have!
Classes are via Zoom.

Behavioral Health Professional Training BHP APRIL 10 & 11

APRIL 10 & 11 8am-12:30pm VIRTUAL BHP LIVE DAY!
Our community is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in a child’s life.
A Certified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) makes an impact on a child while helping them learn to grow and develop. This BLENDED training program (online modules and a live, instructor-led, virtual session) will equip you with ways to help children who are in need of services and will also prepare you for employment through local social services agencies.
Work at your own pace completing 12 online modules prior to attending the live sessions, including the new ethics and boundaries training. Once the modules and live sessions are completed, you will receive links to bloodborne pathogen training and Child and Adult First Aid & CPR training. The entire program requirements will take about 45 hours to complete. Individuals must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent to register.
MSAD 52 & Woodfords are partnering to offer this course.
