Zumba® Fitness MARCH/APRIL
with Bonnie Honaker, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
Your favorite dance party is back!
Classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
A fun class that feels more like a “night out” than a work out!
Class can be done in-person or virtually with a Zoom account (camera must be left on and participant visible.)
TUESDAYS • 5:30-6:30pm $37 per session OR $10 drop-in rate!

Piloxing® is back! MARCH/APRIL
with Bonnie Honaker, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
Piloxing® is back! A group exercise that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. A high-energy workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations & Pilates-influenced movements.
Please bring a yoga mat and optional lightweight Piloxing® gloves (also available for purchase.) Class can be done barefoot, in yoga socks or sneakers.
Class can be done in-person or virtually with a Zoom account (camera must be left on and participant visible.)
WEDNESDAYS • 6:30-7:30pm $37 per session OR $10 drop-in rate!
SESSION 1: MARCH 6, 13, 20, 27, APRIL 3 (makeup date APRIL 10 if needed)
• $37 per session (there are two different sessions offered)

Yoga & Meditation MAR 11-APRIL 8
with Karen Vasil-Busch, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
Discover how yoga harmonizes body and mind by practicing yoga postures (asana) followed by meditation. This wonderful class is led by a yoga practitioner, Ayurvedic practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist with certification in Positive Neuroplasticity, taking in the good meditation teaching. Yoga mat, and props are helpful but are not necessary. A great class for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their practice.
Classes are via Zoom. MONDAYS 5:30-6:30pm

From Connection to Protection MAR/MAY

This course will help you to become more aware of your energy and stress levels, You will also develop tools to help better manage your stress overall.
WEDNESDAYS/6 weeks 6-7pm

Spring Running Club
with Paige Knowlton, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
This is an active club for students in grades 4-6. We will be working on building stamina and endurance. Our end goal will be a family 5k at the end of the season. We will always start with a warm up and end with some fun, active games and a cool down/stretch.
Spring Running Club will be held outside at TES and around the campus' of TES, TMS and LAHS.

Medicare Made Clear APRIL 4
with Dianna White, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
You have important decisions to make when you become eligible for Medicare. Our goal is to help you understand your options and make you feel confident about choosing coverage based on your needs.
We are offering in person classes of Medicare Made Clear to help you navigate the Medicare maze with confidence. All attendees will receive a free Medicare Made Clear guide.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED APRIL 8
with David Meja, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
This course is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. A video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency services arrive.
This course uses AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the learning of skills. Students receive a course completion card, valid for two years! Pick the date that works for you when you register.
