Want to improve your basketball skills this summer? It doesn’t matter if you are trying basketball for the first time or if you play for a travel team. This is a 4-day camp where all levels can have fun developing their fundamental skills while learning the game of basketball!. Players need to bring basketball shoes.

STARTS MONDAY JULY 15 ENDS THURSDAY JULY 18 • 9am-12pm $60

Students entering GRADES 3-7 are invited to participate in a theatrical experience through learning and rehearsing audition techniques, character development, improv and storytelling!

Theater games and warmups will help everyone learn to work as a group as we prepare for an end of the week performance on Friday.

Kids need to bring a snack, water and lunch.

JULY 15-19th • 9:30am-2:30pm

Explore watercolor techniques, soft pastels and crayons to create artwork! This hands-on camp focuses on multi-media projects and is geared for kids ages 8-12.

JULY 15-17 • 10-11:30am $70

This camp is for players entering GRADES 3-6.

The focus will be on developing football skills and having fun while learning the game from the Leavitt Football coaching staff and players.

Players will need cleats and a molded mouthpiece. Equipment will be provided for players who participate in the TAA football program.

In the first live online class, we'll start by learning camera settings, aperture, shutter, ISO, white balance and other compositional techniques critical to lighthouse photography.

The second Class will be on the Cruise!

During the Cruise, we’ll focus on photographing the wildlife and lighthouses, sharing techniques and approaches. Finally, we’ll meet online the following week to share, learn and critique our images.

Limited to 15 students. This workshop is for beginner and intermediate photographers

Why forage? Come find out about some of the healthy nature made resources nearby.

You will learn to safely identify common medicinal plants in your yard and how to harvest them. Then with a few more steps learn how to make teas, salves, syrups and tinctures.

Susie Cole will be co-leading this class and she has expertise in all things foraging!

Bring a notebook, pencil, and camera. Be prepared to go outside.

THURSDAY AUG 15 @ The Turner Adult Learning Center

Pre-Season will focus on team building, skills & drills, conditioning and will include two days of scrimmaging. This is for kids going into 7th & 8th grade. Please bring a mouth guard, shin guards, sneakers/cleats and water. This camp will be located at the Turner Primary School, but drop off will be at the middle school gym and we will jog to the field like we do during regular season.
