This course will begin with a quick overview on how to protect your finances and then goes off into a separate direction. This course will help a student make choices in life, but probability will play a part in this course as well as geometry. Each student will start with a fake amount of money in a fake created account. Through different levels of learning students will get to play a game that mirrors life. As the student gains more knowledge the stakes become higher. The goal of this course is to make a student aware of the unknowns in life that affect finances and make successful plans in life.

Focuses: Fractions, Percentage and Decimals of how they relate to finances, being able to understand the difference between salary pay and hourly pay, understanding the risks of changing jobs, gaining the responsibilities of what to purchase vs risks, Probabilities calculated in terms of risk, conditional and unconditional probability, geometric shapes along with algebraic equations for a project.
