It helps you explore career options that align with your unique profile. Whether you're considering a career change or starting fresh, you can take the assessment conveniently at our center or from home.
Afterward, meet with a trained advisor to review your results and collaboratively develop a personalized career plan.
This plan may involve researching careers, pursuing further education or training, connecting with community resources for job opportunities, or applying for new positions.

What do you want to be when you grow up? The WOWI® (World of Work Inventory) Career Assessment is the answer to all your questions! WOWI® takes into account your skills, interests, and work style. After you take the assessment, a trained WOWI® professional will interpret the results with you. You will then meet one-on-one and find out what job(s) you are best suited for. Together we will assess, explore and plan your future!

BHP Certification

Looking for in meaningful work? Our community needs individuals who want to make a difference in a child’s life. Children’s Behavioral Health Services are vital to Maine’s children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health Disorders and their families. And the need in our area is great! As an integral part of the child’s treatment team, a Certified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) has the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping a child grow and develop to their full potential. We are excited to connect our community with this wonderful blended training and certificate program. This training will prepare you for employment through local social services agencies and equip you to work with children who qualify for services. The program can be started at any time and finished at your own pace. Learners must complete all 12 online modules to be eligible to attend the Live Day on Friday Oct 11th from 8:30-4:40pm. Once the modules are completed, you will receive free online bloodborne pathogen training. Child and Adult First Aid & CPR certification is required. In just 40 hours, our free remote training program can get you certified and on your way to a life-changing profession. Must be a Maine resident, and at least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent) to become certified.

Kripalu Yoga Drop-In Class

Improve your flexibility, strength, balance and posture as you move in and out of a variety of yoga poses. All levels are welcome. Leave class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. This is an in-person class, designed as a drop-in class and, for the $90 registration fee, you may attended a total of 8 classes January through April. The class meets on Wednesday and Friday mornings, 10:00a-11:00a. We hope you will like the convenience of this arrangement. This is a new format for us and for Molly, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at 664-7110! This is an in-person class.
