Springtime Flowers:  A spectacular time of year.  Learn to observe and notice subtle curves, edges, shapes, overlapping, and depth to translate the botany around you into artwork.  Use a range of media:  oil pastels, watercolor paint, and colored pencils to add vibrancy to your contour flower drawings.

Experienced financial professionals will offer you valuable tips to help you understand your Credit Score, including but not limited to: How do you get a score, what makes up your score, how to improve your score, and what hurts your score. This will be an interactive class where you'll be able to ask any questions you may have surrounding credit.

Learn how to improve your lawn with simple, conservation-based techniques to increase soil health, and habitat, improve water retention, reduce pests reduce maintenance and costs.  We will share simple techniques to install a rain garden, drip line trench, vegetative buffer for shoreline protection, wildlife meadows, pollinator gardens, bird habitat, edible landscapes, and other practices to improve your yard.  We will cover how to submit soil tests and how to interpret the results.

Ideal for beginning or "rusty" knitters. Casting on, ending a project, and repairing mistakes will be covered, as well as mastery of the basic knit and purl stitches, the foundation of all knitting. 

This class is a short three-week class.  All levels of ability are welcome! Bring size 7 knitting needles, 1 light color Supersaver Red heart yarn (7 ounces), 1 small pair of scissors, and a tape measure. 

Can't make a full session?  Student drop-ins are welcome!

Drop-In fee is $15 per class.
