New season, new projects!

Join us for a fun and creative wire wrapping class where you’ll learn techniques to create your own beautiful wire-wrapped pieces - no matter your experience level! Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is for you. There will be several projects to select from. Let’s get wrapping and make something magical together! All skill levels are welcome. Please bring round nose jewelry pliers with you if you have them, and you can bring your own stones if you’d like.

A materials fee of $10 per project is due to the instructor at the start of the class. Beth will also have additional jewelry kits available for purchase.

Gel Plate Printing is a dynamic and fun way to express yourself through creating monoprints on a soft, pliable gel plate.  Each one-of-a-kind print is as individual as the person creating it and requires no prior art skills to do. In class you will learn what gel plate printing is, how to do it using several different techniques, and be provided with the materials needed to create a variety of prints. 

This class is so much fun & expected to fill up fast so sign up early!

This 3-week class is for students with some experience in painting with acrylics. We will undertake more advanced color exercises and complex composition problems ( such as a square composition ).

In addition, students will have time and opertunity to pursue personal ideas with assistance and guidance. 

 Join us for a fun, no pressure knitting experience! This knitting class is great for not only beginners, but for anyone who may be a little rusty. You'll learn how to cast on, master the basic and purl stitches, learn some tips and tricks on repairing mistakes, and learn how to read a pattern! Vicky is a passionate knitter and always makes classes fun for her students.

• 1 light color Supersaver Red Heart Yarn (7 Ounces)

This class will introduce you to foundational techniques like breath awareness and body scans to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve focus in a supportive setting, covering basic postures, different styles (mindfulness, loving-kindness), and practical tips for integrating stillness and present-moment awareness into daily life to achieve inner calm and well-being. 

You will receive guided instruction and practice core methods, focusing primarily on breath awareness (noticing inhales/exhales) and mindfulness: understand how to gently redirect wandering thoughts back to the present moment without judgment, using the breath as an anchor.

Ideal for anyone curious about meditation or who has tried and found it difficult, anyone looking to manage anxiety and stress, or anyone seeking to enhance mental clarity and attention. You will leave with practical, simple tools to start a personal practice, realizing that meditation is a skill that develops with consistent, non-judgmental effort, not about achieving perfect stillness.

12-week Certificate program in Dental Assisting for one of the most high-demand careers. This program is designed to teach all aspects of dental assisting and provide you with the skills you need to work in this field and pass a national certificate exam. This program is taught by a Dentist and includes an opportunity for internships. We now offer an option for Lab days, please ask for more details! The price of the course includes all books, exam preparation materials and fees for the DANB RHS® certificate program. Upon passing the DANB RHS®, you will receive a certificate of knowledge based on competency for that component from DANB. Payment plans available.

Medical transcription is a desired field for most people trying to work at home. Strong typing, computer, and English grammar skills are essential. Medical terminology, formats, rules and regulations, jobs, calculation of pay, confidentiality, and tricks of the trade, all equipment, reference books, and course books are provided with the course fee. Classes are online for 16 weeks with a completion of 16 weeks to 6- month options.

This is a State Certified Program, and you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation upon graduation, resumes and how to obtain a job are covered in this program. Program includes medical terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, and transcription. $3200, includes everything for the course and the field.
