Everyone can do some yoga and with very little instruction you can begin to practice your focus on breath and holding postures. Yoga improves your posture, tightens and tones your body, increases circulation, strengthens the back muscles and helps with anxiety. Students should bring a yoga mat and a towel or light blanket. Where loose clothing suitable for exercise. This class is for the beginner to experienced yoga student.

Hula hooping has so many benefits! It is a great full body workout with lots of focus on core, strengthening back muscles and improving cardio. Hooping can reduce anxiety and depression, improve your mood and reduce stress. Hoop dance and hoop tricks are a beautiful, graceful and creative way to express yourself...and anyone can do it! Come and join our group to explore all the incredible benefits of Hula Hooping! It doesn’t matter if you have never picked up a hula hoop or if you are a Hula Hooping master! All are welcome! This hooping group will be relaxed, fun atmosphere where you can learn basic hooping, cool tricks and hoop dancing, focusing on flow and transition. You will have so much fun and won’t even notice that you are getting fit! Hoops and tunes are provided.
