This course covers a variety of topics that will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to set and complete goals, study effectively, manage your time, prepare for college, and apply for jobs. This course is about YOU! You are essential to getting the most out of it. Your attendance, class participation, questions, and assignment completion will be the keys to your success. Topics covered: self-awareness and growth mind-set, metacognition, study skills, stress and time management, resumes, cover letters and interviews, social media management, and paying for college.
