Pre-College Math at WRAE

Do you want to brush up on your math skills or are you looking to boost your Accuplacer and CASAS scores for entry into college? This Pre-College Math class is designed for you! We’ll review arithmetic, including factoring, fractions, percents, and word problems. We’ll add on algebra and statistics concepts in a very supportive environment.

Pre-College Reading and Writing-WRAE

Would you like to improve your reading and writing skills to be college ready? Let’s focus on preparing for reading and writing at the college level. Written work and readings will be analyzed and assessed in one-on-one sessions with the instructor. We will practice comprehension skills and reading strategies to understand college texts. In addition, we will write short essays from various rhetorical modes and learn how to edit our writing by applying the conventions of grammar and mechanics.
