Our Aura comprises seven energetic fields that surround the body. Every person’s aura is as unique as a blueprint. Just like other subtle energy systems, it needs to be cleansed, purified and strengthened. Keeping our AURA strong is as important as taking our vitamins. Come and learn about your "protective spacesuit" and practice simple exercises that introduce "boundaries", improve self-regulation, promote self-compassion, strengthen immunity, and keep negative energies from spiraling inward.
