This class is for people who have practiced Yoga before. Come and join our Zoom Haltha Yoga class this Fall as we stretch and strength our bodies through practices that align our spine as well as body, mind and heart. We will incorporate breathing, poses(asanas) as well as guided visualizations during our practice together. Please have a yoga mat, cushion, or pillow as well as a device to connect to zoom.
