Join chef Zach in the beautifully appointed Culinary Lab at SRTC for this outstanding opportunity!  If you’re contemplating a career in the culinary field, or just want to up your kitchen skills game – learning steps you’ll use all the time – this is the class for you!  Each week will focus on a different skill (including knife skills, making simple sauces, breaking down proteins, and constructing a beautiful & delicious plate).  Weekly food fee of $25 paid to the instructor at class.
