Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Barbara’s classes are fun, and the steps are easy to follow. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. Class feels more like a dance party than a workout. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! Note: We will be offering an additional nights of Zumba on Wednesday & Thursday nights. About Barbara: Barbara has been a ballroom dancer and instructor for most of her adult life. She is also a licensed Zumba instructor certified to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Gold. She just celebrated her 10-year Zumba anniversary. Barbara has been teaching Zumba classes at MSAD#6 since 2014.
