Resume Writing & the Interview

Looking for a new job, a promotion, or a career change? Sharpen your resume and your interview skills. Carrie will not only show you what a resume should look like, but also what it should say. She will walk you through the creation of the most common sections found on resumes in today’s job market. She’ll also help you prepare for an interview. About Carrie: Carrie is a native Mainer and attended school through the BE school district and still lives in the local area. She works as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant at Unum and has been with the company for over twenty years. She attended SMCC, USM and University of WI Stout obtaining a Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Clinical Counseling, and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and all their amazing animals. She also loves being outdoors, hiking and running.

Adulting 101: Money Starts (Zoom)

Adulting is tough. Finances can be one of the trickiest parts of adulthood. Whether you’ve been adulting for decades or are just getting started, learn about banking basics, spending plans, credit scores, useful tools and apps that are available to make the whole adulting thing a little bit easier.
