Maine Adult Education

Take care of yourself from the comfort of your own space. You are welcome to experience the gifts of yoga through awareness of mind and body, attention to movement and breath, studies in slowing down, and moments of settling into stillness, while in and out of your stable chair.

Cost:
$75 - We do accept cash, check, and card. If you are paying with a card, please give us a call at (207) 568-3426 x1801. If you are paying with a check, please make the check out to RSU 3 Adult & Community Education.
