Lace-up your sneakers, grab your music and a friend, and come on inside for some walking fun. Don’t be a couch potato this fall! The Mt. View complex has been mapped out with a route so that community members can get some exercise. Add a spin around the track for some fresh air, and tackle some stairs for extra credit. Registration is required.

Cooperative Co-parenting through Separation & Divorce
with RSU 3 Adult & Community Education

This course is designed to help parents guide their children through the process of recovery from separation and divorce while establishing a positive, long-term relationship.

A computer connected to the internet and MS Excel 2016 or later on your device and completion of Introduction to MS Excel or have equivalent knowledge.

Northstar Digital Literacy Certifications
with Deb Avalone-King, RSU 3 Adult & Community Education
Using the nationally recognized Northstar Digital Literacy Program, earn a credential of value by completing one or all of the Northstar units. This opportunity is open all year, start and finish on your schedule.
The units include: Basic Computer Skills, Internet Basics, Using Email, Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Social Media, Information Literacy, Career Search Skills, Accessing Telehealth Appointments, Your Digital Footprint and Supporting K-12 Distance Learning.
