CNA State Registry Test

To be placed on the Maine CNA Registry, you must be able to provide official documentation of formal CNA training that meets Maine's Rules and Regulations, whether for immediate placement on the Registry or for completing the Bridge Testing Process. If you cannt meet either of these, you will need to successfuly complete an approved 180-hour CNA training course before you can be placed on the CNA Registry. Maine and Federal laws allow you to work as a CNA for up to 4 months in a long-term care facility while you are fulfilling the requirements for getting placed on the CNA Registry. Employers can only hire CNAs who are listed on the Maine CNA Regisgtry and who are in good standing.
Sailing 2 : Skill Building
with Paul LaPointe & Joe Fagnant, Houlton/Hodgdon Adult & Community Education
Hands on Learning! Get out on the water! Sailing partner discounts! $75. per person, or a discount of $130 for two sailing partners.
2 hours class time includes basic terms on how sailboats move, techniques for sailing, & safety.
3 hours on the water in comfortable boats, applying hands on techniques. Sessions will be held on East Grand Lake Orient, Maine - weather permitting.
Half hour of follow up class on the dock/boat the day of your sailing session.
On the water sessions: Scheduled by appointment from July 25th to August 3rd, 2019.
Participants must provide their own transportation to East Grand lake, Orient, Maine.
Participants are required to wear life jackets while sailing. You may bring your own, or we will provide one for you.
Students 13-17yrs of age must partner with an adult.
