On the first night participants will receive an introduction to the many varieties of seaweed and their unique flavor and nutrition profiles plus we’ll create a little seaweed snack, have a ‘Cup of Sea’ tea and take a tour of the MCSV facility. The second evening we’ll concoct a multi-course meal incorporating sea vegetables into recipes using items from Fall's garden harvest--like a baked seaweed stuffed squash. Bring your take-home containers and a healthy appetite!
