The Perfect Omelet
with John E. Finn, RSU 24 Adult Education
Let's learn the secrets to making a perfect omelet! Students will learn how to make three kinds of omelets; a classic French Omelette au nature, an American Diner omelet, and a perfect frittata. Because each omelet involves a different technique, they are the key to developing the skills and confidence necessary for students to discover the true secret to making their own perfect omelet - or at least, a tasty one.
John Finn, a resident of Corea, is a professionally trained chef and Professor Emeritus of Government at Wesleyan University. He is also the author of The Perfect Omelet: Essential Recipes for the Home Cook.
