• Weds | 5/21/2025 | Waterbath Canning- Spicy Bread and Butter Pickles, Tomato Sauce
• Weds | 5/28/2025 | Chicken Fabrication- Chicken Stock, Chicken Piccata
• Weds | 6/4/2025 | Sushi Making- Spicy Tuna Roll, Vegetable Tempura Roll
