This six week course provides forest management techniques for landowners and anyone interested in reading the forested landscape. Class is taught by Maine Forest Service District Forester and includes everything from non-timber forest products, wildlife manangement to common tree diseases.

Create this intriguing quilt from top to quilting to binding. Using a jelly roll, or strips of 2.5 inch fabric and triangles, you will sew together a beautiful quilt. Some sewing experience required. Please let us know if you need to borrow one of our sewing machines.

Celebrate Maine's Bicentennial with a paingint of Maine's state bird--the Chickadee. In one eveing, you will paing the birds, letter your sign, and have the slate ready to hang. Faith has years of teaching experience and she will make you feel like a master painter in no time. Supplies included in the cost of the class.
Basket Weaving (Beginning)

In three eveings learn the basics of basket weaving and create two baskets in the process! Use the square and round baskets you create to decorate your house, organize your stuff, or give as gifts. Please bring a dishpan or bucket to class along with a towell. All supples included in this class.
Yoga (March start)

Want to feel great? Take this amazing yoga class. In this “No judgement zone” environment you will learn basic positions that can help your general health and improve your bone density. All you need is a yoga mat and a good attitude.
