This interval training class offers three essential fitness components: cardio, strength training, and stretching to release tension. Participants will engage in interval training, essential for calorie burning and weight loss. Students will engage in multiple actions for short bursts. Students must register and pay the instructor at the first class, but anyone can drop in or start the class anytime throughout the session. No discounts applicable. Requirement: A mat or towel. Online Registration is not available for this course. It may be subject to certain prerequisites or inventory requirements.
