This course will prepare students to take the U.S. citizenship exam. Topics include U.S. history and government, and reading and writing vocabulary needed to pass the exam. Designed for ESOL level 3 students and up, this course teaches keyboarding, basic computer vocabulary, how to use Internet and email, and how to create files.

Designed for ESOL level 4 students and up, this course teaches keyboarding, basic computer vocabulary, how to use Internet and email, and how to create files.

Six levels of English classes are offered. Beginning levels focus on basic communication, life skills and literacy. Intermediate levels continue to focus on reading, writing and life skills. Advanced levels focus on reading, writing and grammar in academic context to prepare students for continuing education. Students must take a placement test to ensure proper placement in the classes.
