Learn the many nutritional benefits of sea vegetables and the simple methods of preparation to incorporate them into your diet. Carol is a marine educator with over 25 years’ experience educating people of all ages about “life between the tides.” She has made these ancient plants of the sea a regular part of her diet. Find out why and enjoy tasting each of the many recipes she prepares. A full meal will be served and is included in the cost of the class. Menu includes dishes made with various sea vegetables, all harvested by local companies in the Gulf of Maine.

Carol Steingart is a marine educator of over 25 years, the owner/operator of Coast Encounters, and specializes in unique programs centered around “life between the tides”.
