Join instructor Cynthia Plaisted for this 5-week intermediate wheel throwing class designed for students who have completed a beginner wheel course and are comfortable with basic centering and throwing techniques. In this class, students will build on foundational skills while learning how to create taller forms, refine shaping techniques, explore trimming and finishing methods, and experiment with more advanced projects on the wheel. Cynthia will provide guidance and demonstrations to help students strengthen their confidence, consistency, and creativity at the wheel. Whether you’re aiming for smoother cylinders, better bowls, or pottery that actually survives the kiln intact, this class is the perfect next step in your clay journey. 

Clay and glaze cost is $50, due to the instructor at the first class.
