Beginners Hatha Yoga - Session One
with Gabrielle Hunter, RSU 54/MSAD 54 Adult and Community Education
Class will be held online using ZOOM.
This is a gentle beginners’ yoga class focusing on body alignment, breathing techniques, balance and strengthening in a slow paced and open environment. Class will end with introduction and exploration of relaxation and meditation techniques with time to experience how your yoga practice is evolving. If you have any special physical issues, chronic pain or injury, please contact the instructor before the first day of class to go over health concerns, safety and any props you may need to help you experience the best class possible.
Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks if you have them, 1 yoga strap, 1 blanket.
