Kids After School Yoga WINTER

Kids ages 6-9 are invited to join Gail Bussiere after school @ TPS to learn and practice a variety of yoga poses. Yoga helps to improve flexibility, balance, strength & coordination while having fun. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and movement. Please bring the following: yoga mat, water bottle, light snack.
CLass located @ TURNER PRIMARY SCHOOL/Yoga is offered in 2 sessions: Winter & Spring!
WINTER: Thurs JAN 16 - FEB 6
SPRING: Thurs FEB 27 - MAR 27 (no class on MAR 13th)
3:05-4:30pm/FEE: $60 per session
