Crochet for Beginners: Small Afghan Blanket*

with Jo Schiebel, Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education

$59

Crocheting is fun and easy once you know how. The best part is you can be creative almost anywhere. In this class, we will make a small afghan using single, double, and triple crochet stitches. You will learn how to begin and end, and the in-between will be the practice of the basic stitches.

For the Afghan, you will need 2 skeins of a light colored yarn of your choice and correlating crochet hook. This information will be found on your yarn label. You will also need scissors, measuring tape, and a yarn needle. Your full supply list will be sent via email once we have enough students for the class.

There will be no class on Oct. 14 and Nov. 11 due to the holidays. Please mark your calendar for a storm makeup on Nov. 18 if needed.
