This workshop will teach you all about the Swiss winter tradition of raclette, a meal that is all about cheese. Learn about creating a fun, memorable night for family and friends by throwing a raclette dinner party to get through the dark, cold winter. We’ll go over the traditional components of the meal and how it can be adapted to any diet or preference. The workshop will include a demonstration and tasting.
