Maine Adult Education

Create connection to yourself and to others through improvisational theater exercises led by a trained and experienced actor and theater educator. We will learn the “rules” of improv technique, like the practice of saying “Yes, And..”! We will share laughter and enjoy surprises while exploring play, using our imagination and collaborating with others. Improv is a wonderful tool for toning the mind and body. Practice the art of performing through intuitive play! Elise Voigt is an actor and theater educator with over 20 years of experience.
