You are invited to move and breathe mindfully in this yoga practice, with fluid and functional movement and more traditional holds. The chair can allow participants to access individually appropriate yoga postures and support physical alignment on a stable foundation. Participants move in and out of a chair in this engaging and sustainable 60-minute live-online class.
