Martial Arts in the Morning
Come join us for Martial Arts in the Morning! Bring your coffee, bring yourself, bring your friend!
This class session is open to people of all ages and abilities who would like to explore martial arts for the first time. Participants will learn basic karate techniques, and then utilize them with a partner. Class will end with a self-defense move, that is suggested for a real-life situation. Come start your day with us. Have fun learning something new while learning how to stay safe.
No experience necessary.
