You may realize the importance of physical exercise, yet rarely do we think of the need to perform fitness training for our brain. Brain fitness is now recognized as a key ingredient in our overall well-being and quality of life. Scientists now believe that the brain is able to grow new dendrites and neurons. These exercises can benefit anyone, regardless of age or cognitive ability. This is achieved by stimulating the brain with challenging, novel-enriched activities.
