Maine Adult Education

Technology for the Workforce (Evening)

with Vanessa Richards, Ellsworth Adult and Community Education

Free

If you need to up your game in the technology department to improve work options, these sessions are just for you!

Many are skilled at some aspects of technology (email, social media, texting, apps) but not always the tools needed in the world of work - word processing, spreadsheets, business communications, time management tools, internet research, and more.

If you are interested in improving your career options, there are many offerings in our program that can assist you in reaching your goals. This option will get you on the road to building your skills and confidence for success.  You will work with a veteran instructor to design your own individualized program.  This is an in-person class.

Vanessa loves working with adult learners. She is really easy to be around and makes people extremely comfortable; she even makes learning math and computers fun! She is committed to helping adults discover their strengths, build their confidence, and realize they can accomplish their goals. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore the outdoors. Vanessa teaches math, science, technology, and provides college and career advising.
