Our college and career advisor can meet with you to complete career assessments, explore options that fit your needs, and make a plan to help you reach your goal. Get side by side support with applying for financial aid and scholarships, placement in workforce training programs, resume writing, and interview skills. Additionally, basic Math, Algebra, and English courses are available, if needed, to help you improve your core skills. We’re here to assist you with your transition to a new job or training program.
WorkReady Computer Lab W24

WorkReady is a 60-hour, stand-alone curriculum that develops seven standards associated with soft skills and work readiness.
This is a 60-hour WorkReady curriculum offered in person and supported online via Brightspace. Students will identify and work towards specific Workforce Pathway components, identified as part of Goal Setting and planning will be added to the curriculum requirements for the Trainee.
Classroom Training includes scheduling the different Workforce Partners;
-At least two Mock Interviews
-A variety of guest-led workshops
-Multiple industry facility tours and/or 'Lunch n Learn' opportunities
The World of Work Inventory (WOWI)

The World of Work Inventory (WOWi) is a comprehensive career assessment instrument, which has been carefully constructed to help a person learn the most about him or herself in relation to the wide variety of occupations available. The WOWi provides a personalized profile for each person. As a result, you will receive a listing of occupations most suitable to your unique combination of personality, interests and skills.

Accounting with MS Excel 2019 Suite

This online accounting course suite will teach you fundamental accounting skills, while training you to use Microsoft Excel 2019.
Introduction to Microsoft Excel 2019:
Become proficient in using Microsoft Excel 2019 (now available through Office 365) and discover how to create worksheets, workbooks, charts, and graphs quickly and efficiently.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2019:
Take your Microsoft Excel 2019 skills to the next level as you master charts, graphs, PivotTables, Slicers, Sparklines, AutoFilter, macros, and other advanced Excel functions.
Accounting Fundamentals:
Gain a marketable new skill by learning the basics of double-entry bookkeeping, financial reporting, and more.
