Medical Coding with CPC-A National Certification (SET CLASS TIMES)

There is a cost of $3,950 to enroll in the class. If you choose to do a payment plan through Academy of Medical Professions, Cost is $4,325.

Registration for this class is free, meaning there is no fee to sign up for the course. However, once registered, there is a cost of $3,950 to enroll in the class. Your registration doesn't secure your spot in the class. Your registration details are necessary for SCAE to forward to American Medical Professions. Payments go directly to American Medical Professions. They offer multiple payment methods.

$3,950 Medical Coding (CPC-A Certification) (20 - Weeks)
$5,150 Medical Coding w/Practicode (CPC Certification) (20 - Weeks)
$1,200 Practicode only (6 - 10 Weeks) - Adding Practicode will remove the apprenticeship designation from the CPC credential.
After signing up for the class, you'll receive a packet to fill out and send directly to American Medical Professions. Once you have filled out the paperwork and the requested information, Academy of Medical Professions will contact you to complete your registration process.

This program will be held once a week for 20 weeks. Upon completion of the program, you will sit for your CPC national certification which is included in tuition. Your title will be a CPC-A, for the first year; CPC-A means you will be considered a certified coder with an Apprentice designation for one year. Once you have worked for a year, you will have your Apprentice title removed and be an official CPC! This program consists of Medical Terminology/Anatomy for ICD-10 and Medical Coding curriculum.

This course is a 6-to-10-week online practicum taken after earning your CPC-A. CPC-A’s get real-world experience coding actual medical charts. This new coding practice course helps to improve coding skills across multiple specialties, allows a new coder to gain coding experience. It is comprised of 3 modules of 200 actual, redacted medical records per module. Upon completion of this program, you will have your Apprentice designation removed immediately- providing you an equivalency of 2 years’ experience in the field in under 30 weeks.

Body Language for Women in Business

Communication for Women in Business

The course will provide a general overview for effective communication at work. Learners will review tips and strategies for communicating with small and large groups, being heard in meetings, projecting confidence, and more—especially as these concepts apply to women. This course also considers communication in the context of public speaking, and discusses the importance of understanding the audience, preparing for a presentation, using visual aids appropriately, and more. Learners will be able to identify criticisms of, and biases toward, women speakers, and the course introduces strategies for how to counteract them.
