Six levels of English classes are offered. Beginning levels focus on basic communication, life skills and literacy. Intermediate levels continue to focus on reading, writing and life skills. Advanced levels focus on reading, writing and grammar in academic context to prepare students for continuing education.

Students must take a placement test to ensure proper placement in the classes. Appointments are offered weekly during the school year. Call 874-8155 to make an intake appointment.

This program assists students in reading, writing, speaking and listening in English. Instruction is designed to meet learners’ needs and can include preparation for the citizenship test upon request. Rolling admission. Students must meet with ABE Coordinator Catherine Renaud for registration and testing. Call 892-1819 to set up an appointment. No class 2/18, 2/20, 4/15, 4/17.
