At Hospice of Southern Maine, our team of experts will come around you and your loved ones to support you through what is likely one of the most difficult times for everyone, the end of life. Together in this 4-part series, (this class is bi-weekly), we will explore the support offered by hospice, learn strategies for having tough conversations with family and loved ones, explore the many faces of grief, and learn practical steps you can take to prepare for end-of-life with advanced care planning guidance and tools. Please join us as we help to reduce anxiety and stress at the end of life through education and planning.

Pickleball for Intermediates

Improve your skills with drills and coaching during play. Work on third shot, net play, consistency, and strategy. Please bring your own paddles. All classes will be held on the Pegasus Courts' at 126 Pegasus Street at Brunswick Landing. Instructor Barbara Rondeau is a former tennis pro who took up Pickleball 7 years ago and has been teaching ever since. *For Session II: No Class 5/27.
