Anyone can learn Illustrator! In this class by Adobe Certified Expert Rob Underwood, you will learn the basics of Adobe’s premiere vector application. You will learn how high quality illustrations, logos, and other custom artwork is built. You will need to have at least the 30-day trial of this application on a laptop to participate in the class. You will learn, creating a document, drawing in Illustrator, using layers, tools panel, and typography.

Adult CPR/AED and First Aid

AED/CPR and First Aid: American Heart Association

Learn CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Instructor will also teach child and infant CPR if there is interest. Upon successful completion, students will receive a two-year CPR certificate from the American Heart Association.

The AHA's Heartsaver First Aid Course is designed to prepare students to provide first aid in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Upon successful completion of this course, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid course completion card, valid for two years.

Here's everything to get YOU ready for your next phase of personal growth. Step aerobics using 4 or 6 inch steps or "step mats" (keeps you at ground level)...low impact to set your own intensity. Strength training with weights: meet your own needs for bone density and isolated muscle work to maintain a stronger you. Some weights available at class along with steps, step mats and floor mats.

Come drop in for some Pickleball action, get some great exercise and have some fun!  All levels and abilities are welcome. Some paddles will be provided, but if you have your own, you should bring it with you.  

 

You MUST register at no coat in order to attend sessions.  

There is a $3 Drop in fee for EACH session you attend.  Pay at the session location.
