At Hospice of Southern Maine, our team of experts will come around you and your loved ones to support you through what is likely one of the most difficult times for everyone, end of life. Together in this 4-part series, we will explore the support offered by hospice, learn strategies to having tough conversations with family and loved ones, explore the many faces of grief from our bereavement team and learn practical steps you can take to prepare for end of life with advance care planning guidance and tools.
