She’s An Asset - Situational Awareness Training Personal Safety
with Autumn Clifford-Schmidt, Biddeford Adult Education

Did you know that nearly 1 in 3 women have been subjected to some sort of physical violence in their lifetime? Women are often looked at as “easy targets” for predators to prey on and after this training, that will no longer be the case for you. There is nothing more powerful than women who know how to not only protect themselves and their families, but are educated on how to handle potential threats and can look after each other. This training combines Autumn’s law enforcement background, along with years of teaching self-defense, to educate and prepare women to develop a plan on how to avoid violence and protect themselves when out in public as well as in their own home.
