We will explore safe and effective postpartum exercises, yoga postures, and techniques for stress management, relaxation, meditation, breathing, infant massage, safe manipulation of infant bodies and yoga poses for the baby. A great way to meet and connect with new Moms and their babies! No class on 11/27.
