only 3 seats left
Come explore and play with different healing modalities, including art and writing. This workshop is co-sponsored by the Sexual Assault Crises & Support Center and the Family Violence Project and seeks to create a supportive community. No art skills are needed, just a desire to explore with others. This class is free and all materials are provided. This class meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
Alexandria Zadok has had an interest in trauma recovery for decades, using modalities such as art, music, and yoga for her own healing. She is currently working on her Master of Counseling at Vermont University. She hopes to help build a vibrant supportive community for trauma survivors in the Augusta area.
